Do I need to create an account at checkout ?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

Do you ship worldwide and how much are the shipping costs?

Yes, we provide free shipping on all orders over €50

When will my order ship?

Your order is usually processed within 24 hours! Once your order reaches the carrier, a tracking number will be sent to your e-mail.

Can I track my order?

Yes. After ordering your watch, we will send you an e-mail with your order details. When your watch is shipped, you will receive another e-mail that includes your tracking number. For more information please read our shipping policy.

In what country is Daniel Minuti located and from where do you ship?

Daniel Minuti is founded and operating out of the Netherlands. Therefore our warehousing and shipping is also processed in the Netherlands.

I need to change something on my order or want to cancel my order.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

You can simply return the item and you will get a full refund.

What forms of payment do you accept ?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express. Furthermore we support iDeal and klarna afterpay.


What movements are used to power your watches?

The movement is literally the heart of the watch. Therefore we have put a lot of effort in the process of finding the perfect movement for our watches.

The Prestige model is powered by an Hybrid Chronograph movement. The VK-64 Mecha Quartz by Seiko. This gives the watch the best of both worlds. On one side the accuracy and easy of use of a quartz watch movements, and on the other hand the buttons have the feeling and touch of a mechanical automatic watch.

The mirage model is powered by je VJ42 Seiko Quartz. This movement is exceptionally accurate and reliable, making it the perfect movement for our Mirage models.

How long does the battery last?

The batteries in our watches last from two to three years, depending on climate and your use.

When your battery runs out, please visit your local watchmaker, who can easily replace it.

Are all watches waterproof?

All of our watches are tested to be waterproof up to 10ATM. Therefore all our watches are suitable for normal daily use.

However, when a watch has been worn for extended time, the normal wear and tear aswell as temperature changes, could influence the watches waterproof abilities.

So we recommend NOT to swim/dive with our watches.

What materials are used on your watches?

We strive to use only the most high-end materials and features on our watches. Therefore all our watches are fully stainless steel (316L). The glass used in our watches is Sapphire crystal. This keeps the watch scratch clear.

Can I use different straps on the watches and what is the width of the straps?

Yes, when it comes to our Prestige model, all our straps are fixed with a quick release button. This enables you to switch your straps in just a minute.

The mirage model can only be ordered with the the standard 316L steel strap.

All straps have a width of 20mm.

Can I adjust the Mirage strap myself to fit my wrist?

Yes you can, but you will need to have the right tools. Please read this article on how to adjust the strapsize.

Warranty & Returns

Does my product come with a warranty?

Purchases by all customers, regardless of their country of residence, are covered by a one-year warranty that begins with the purchase date.

This warranty does not cover any user abuse, water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

How do I return my order?

If you are unhappy with your purchase or just simply changed your mind, you can always return the watch within 14 days and get a full refund. Please read our Refund Policy for more information on the requirements and how to return a product.

How long does it take before I get my refund?

The money will be transfered to you within 7 business days after we've received the watch.

As soon as we have received your return, we will check if the watch is unworn and meets the required standards.
